Mommy's Summer Fitness Challenge is about half way through. I am continuing to make progress...and that's a good thing. Some days are easier than others. Some days I want to eat whatever I want and whatever is easy to get my hands on. And some days I want to just plop on the couch and avoid the heat. A few times I have done exactly what I wanted to do...and then I get right back at it. The secret to this summer fitness challenge of mine is no secret. I am watching my portions. I am eating a balance of foods. I am working out in some fashion five days a week. Sometimes my workout is a 1/2 hour walk by myself. Sometimes it is a power walk with my girls in the stroller. Sometimes it is some boot camp fitness drills - push ups, sit ups, lunges, etc...
I am getting there...
